I found that there is an option similar to that one on Linux (Debian distro) on Windows. Works fine on Windows 10 and Windows 11. All You have to do is just run Your CMD as an Administrator and type:
winget upgrade
There is one upgrade that version can’t be determined, so You just have to type:
winget upgrade --include-unknown
